FAQ schema (FAQPage markup) tells Google and AI answer engines exactly which questions and answers are on a page, in a format they can quote directly instead of guessing from prose. This guide covers the 6 pages that need it, what to paste where, and one fix to make first.
Both pages currently answer "Is pinyya regulated as a financial platform?" by saying the investment licence is still pending. It isn't anymore — the Bank of Latvia granted it in April. Update the visible answer on both pages to the corrected version below before adding the schema, since the schema text must match what's actually displayed on the page.

{ "@type": "Question", "name": "Can I use pinyya to buy a home in Vienna if I am based in another EU country?",
"acceptedAnswer": { "@type": "Answer", "text": "Yes. pinyya's model is designed for both local and EU-based aspiring homeowners. The process includes standard due diligence, but the legal structure is set up to handle cross-border buyers in a transparent way." } },
{ "@type": "Question", "name": "How does pinyya's model work if I later want to move cities?",
"acceptedAnswer": { "@type": "Answer", "text": "If you need or want to move, your share in the property can be sold through pinyya's platform. The exit process is structured around independent valuations and clear steps, so you know in advance how you can unwind your position." } },
{ "@type": "Question", "name": "Is Vienna a good long-term investment compared to other EU capitals?",
"acceptedAnswer": { "@type": "Answer", "text": "Vienna's housing market is often described as stable rather than spectacular, which for long-term owners is usually a positive. Relative to many other EU capitals, Vienna offers lower volatility in prices, strong and consistent rental demand, and a clear, predictable regulatory framework. No market is risk-free and prices can move in both directions, but the combination of genuine housing demand, a large non-profit housing sector that limits extreme swings, and a strong local economy makes Vienna one of the more resilient capitals for long-term ownership." } }

{ "@type": "Question", "name": "What return should I expect as a direct investor through pinyya in Vienna?",
"acceptedAnswer": { "@type": "Answer", "text": "Returns depend on the property, the ownership share, and how the market performs over time. pinyya does not publish forward return projections. The investment model is designed so that value created through the property is shared according to your direct investment." } },
{ "@type": "Question", "name": "How liquid is my investment if I need to exit?",
"acceptedAnswer": { "@type": "Answer", "text": "There is a secondary market for structured notes linked to residential properties, but liquidity is more limited than with stocks or listed funds. Investors should expect a multi-year holding period and should not assume immediate exit is always possible." } },

"acceptedAnswer": { "@type": "Answer", "text": "If the aspiring homeowner falls behind, the platform has remediation and resolution processes. The regulated structure helps separate the investment from pinyya's own corporate finances, but capital is never fully protected in property investing. Market risk and borrower risk still exist." } }

*This article states a 10% minimum starting share, while the rest of the site says ~5%. The schema below matches what's currently on the page — worth aligning the article body to 5% at some point for consistency.

{ "@type": "Question", "name": "Do I need Austrian residency or citizenship to use pinyya?",
"acceptedAnswer": { "@type": "Answer", "text": "You do not need Austrian citizenship. You do need to be legally resident in Austria and able to pass standard KYC and anti-money-laundering checks, similar to what banks and notaries require for any property purchase in Austria. For non-EU citizens, local rules on property acquisition can vary by province; Vienna is generally more open if the property is used as your main residence, and pinyya will take regional rules into account when assessing what is possible." } },
{ "@type": "Question", "name": "How long does the process take from first enquiry to moving in?",
"acceptedAnswer": { "@type": "Answer", "text": "Most aspiring homeowners complete the process in around 4 to 12 weeks, depending on how quickly you can provide documents, how long it takes to agree on a suitable property, and scheduling with notaries and the land registry. The steps include pre-qualification, property search, agreements with investors, legal checks, and completion at the notary." } },
{ "@type": "Question", "name": "What is the minimum share I can start with?",
"acceptedAnswer": { "@type": "Answer", "text": "You can generally start with a minimum of 10 percent of the property's value, as long as you have enough savings to cover your share of the purchase price and transaction costs, and your income supports the resulting monthly payments. For some properties or personal situations, a higher starting share might make more sense." } },
{ "@type": "Question", "name": "Does this replace a mortgage forever?",
"acceptedAnswer": { "@type": "Answer", "text": "Not necessarily. For some people, Aligned Ownership is a long-term way to fully own their home without ever taking a traditional mortgage. For others it is a bridge: you might start with 20-30 percent ownership through pinyya, build up equity and a payment record over a few years, and later refinance to buy out the remaining shares with a bank mortgage once your situation is more stable." } },
{ "@type": "Question", "name": "What are the risks?",
"acceptedAnswer": { "@type": "Answer", "text": "Like any form of property ownership, there are risks and responsibilities: property prices can go down as well as up, you remain responsible for your monthly payments and for respecting the co-ownership agreements, and if you stop paying there are enforcement mechanisms, as with any housing finance. The aim is not to remove all risk, but to make it visible, shared and manageable." } },
{ "@type": "Question", "name": "How is this different from renting?",
"acceptedAnswer": { "@type": "Answer", "text": "Renting gives you flexibility but no ownership; your payments cover use of the property but do not build an asset in your name. With Aligned Ownership, part of your initial savings and later share purchases turn directly into equity, you are a legal co-owner recorded and protected, and you can benefit from any long-term increase in the property's value on your share. The key difference is that you do not need to reach 100 percent ownership on day one." } },
{ "@type": "Question", "name": "Who is this best suited for?",
"acceptedAnswer": { "@type": "Answer", "text": "This model is particularly suited for people who plan to stay in Vienna or other Austrian cities for the medium to long term, have a solid income but cannot yet meet traditional mortgage requirements, have some savings but not enough for a 20 to 40 percent deposit plus costs, and value transparency and flexibility over a single, large, inflexible debt." } }
